Invaluable addition to the tiny literature of piccolo clarinets

The literature discussing the A♭ piccolo clarinet is vanishingly small, as I discovered when expanding its Wikipedia article. Alongside Tchaikov's chapter in the 1997 Cambridge Companion to the Clarinet and Rice's 2017 article in The Galpin Society Journal, this book is an invaluable and thorough reference for the family of small clarinets, and the A♭ piccolo clarinet in particular, since it is largely thanks to its use in Italy that the instrument survived through the 20th century.
